A SoRoTo® 2M conveyor belt is easy to handle because the frame is made of lightweight aluminium, making it easier to transport goods. This conveyor belt is also the smallest in the SoRoTo® conveyor belt range, which makes it particularly easy to handle. The weight of the goods is also well distributed, so that the conveyor belt can be moved comfortably by one person - in addition, the ideal position for the transport chassis has been marked, which ensures an optimum centre of gravity.

The transport chassis can be easily moved on the conveyor belt so that you can change the angle of the conveyor belt. This is included as standard with a SoRoTo® conveyor belt - just as the standard feed box and scaffolding fitting are already pre-installed.

Robust and durable machine

Despite its simple design and the convenient handling of a SoRoTo® 2M conveyor belt, it is a robust machine. It can handle all types of weather conditions and transport work, including rubble, soil, sand, gravel, concrete, etc. The belt of a SoRoTo® conveyor belt is made of "PVC", a more durable and lighter material compared to traditional rubber. As standard, the belt is supplied with 100 mm high flights; however, you can also choose 30 mm high flights if, for example, you want to transport light materials such as hay. If you need to transport liquid materials, such as wet mortar, a belt without flights is also an option.

Self-cleaning = easy maintenance

A SoRoTo® 2M conveyor belt is already a durable and robust machine that can withstand the harsh conditions of a construction site. One thing that contributes to its impressive durability is the self-cleaning holes in the floor plates. These clean the belt and cool the machine. The floor plates are also modular, which means that you can simply replace a module in the event of a defect - so you don't have to replace all the plates at once.
