Installation instructions:
Installation must be carried out in accordance with the approval!
- Drill the hole
- Clean the drill hole
- Insert and screw in the concrete screw
- For final anchoring of the concrete screw
- tighten with impulse screwdriver or by hand
Areas of application:
The concrete screw is suitable for fastenings in the medium and heavy-duty range: Anchoring with European Technical Approval in cracked concrete (concrete tension zone) and in non-cracked concrete (concrete compression zone).
In damp rooms and outdoors, stainless materials must be used for fastening (DIN 18360, chapter 3.1.4.1).
The following applies to fixings with concrete screws:
The anchor may only be used, with European Technical Approval, for anchoring in reinforced or unreinforced normal weight concrete of strength class C20/25 minimum and C50/60 maximum according to EN 206-1:2000-12
The anchor is only suitable for anchoring under static (e.g. dead weight, equipment, bearing materials) or quasi-static (e.g. façade, railings) loads
The concrete screw may only be used under dry indoor conditions
Can be used for fastening façades, window elements, railings, cable trays, brackets, ladders, metal profiles, pipelines, crash barriers, gates and temporary fastenings for construction site equipment (e.g. construction supports, scaffolding or fall protection)
