Installation instructions:

Anchor nails (comb nails) Ø 4.0 mm must be used to connect joist hangers to wood or wood-based materials.

The maximum load on the joist hangers is only achieved with full nailing. Partial nailing with reduced load is also permissible.

The defined load is valid for the assembly condition shown (see diagram!). The requirements for edge and intermediate distances must be complied with in accordance with the applicable standard and the installation must be carried out accordingly in accordance with the approval!

Areas of application:

The external beam shoes are used to connect secondary beams to main beams or columns. This involves both the connection of timber components to each other and the connection of timber components to concrete or steel components. This is often done using so-called screw/nail combinations.
