Narrow carriageway warning sign

The traffic sign 120 "Narrowed carriageway" indicates a road hazard to road users
Outside built-up areas, the traffic sign 120 is placed approx. 150-250 m before the source of the hazard, within built-up areas shortly before the source of the hazard
The sign should only be placed if the narrowing is not sufficiently marked by signposts
The size of the sign to be selected depends on the maximum permitted speed at the installation site
For authorised speeds up to 49 km/h, signs with a side length (SL) of 420 mm are sufficient, up to 100 km/h an SL of 900 mm and over 100 km/h an SL of 1260 mm
SL 900 mm: for sections with a maximum authorised speed of between 21 and 80 km/h
complies with the StVO
Side length: 630mm, 900mm, 1260mm (depending on the maximum authorised speed)
available in the following designs: flat shape (2mm or 3mm), round shape, aluminium shape
Mounting instructions:
Flat shape: to tubular posts (Ø 60 or Ø 76 mm possible) by means of hot-dip galvanised tube clamps with screws
Alform: on tubular posts (Ø 60 or Ø 76 mm possible) using aluminium tube clamps/clamps
