The BM31 is an electronic moisture indicator with which near-surface moisture in various materials can be detected quickly and easily and moisture distributions in walls, floors or ceilings can be localised in a time-saving manner
Due to the dielectric measuring method, the moisture indication is completely non-destructive; no electrodes or probes need to be inserted into the material to be measured
The BM31 is not only immediately ready for use, it also impresses during the measurement with fast response times and shows the user helpful additional information such as minimum and maximum values on the easy-to-read backlit display in addition to the current real-time measured value at the touch of a button
The current measured value can also be recorded using the hold function
The BM31 not only enables the rapid indication of a wide range of material moisture values close to the surface, it is also particularly suitable for pre-testing the readiness of building materials for covering during CM measurements
