Via NEVOLIT
NEVOLIT is used to create slopes, to level out unevenness and to form wedges, fillets and ridges on solid substrates. It is compatible with almost all substrates and sealants. Waterproofing membranes can be applied non-positively to the stabilised NEVOLIT layer. Loosely laid thermal insulation boards can already be laid if the solidification of the NEVOLIT layer is not yet complete.
NEVOLIT is a mixture of foam glass granulate and binder. It is solidified with a 1-component PU binder. It does not contain any solvents. NEVOLIT layers have a noticeable thermal insulation capacity. It has a short setting time and develops a good bond with adhesion promoter (PU binder) on all standard building substrates. The solidification of the NEVOLIT binder is positively influenced by air humidity.
NEVOLIT remains dimensionally stable during and after application and develops high strength. An even more stable structure of the NEVOLIT fill can be achieved by increasing the amount of binder added.

The following additional settings are possible:

a) Roof details
50 litres of foam glass granulate + 1.2 litres of PU binder + 1.2 litres of water
b) Entire roof
50 litres of cellular glass granulate + 1.5 litres of PU binder + 1.2 litres of water
c) Balcony
50 litres of cellular glass granulate + 1.8 litres of PU binder + 1.2 litres of water
d) Car park deck
50 litres of cellular glass granulate + 2.4 litres of PU binder + 1.2 litres of water

NEVOLIT can be used to create any type of sloping layer on building surfaces and to level out any unevenness.
