Gypsum-based floor leveling compound from 10 to 40 mm

N 440 is a factory-made dry mortar made of calcium sulfate, premixed and ready to use. Calcium sulfate-containing mortar type CA-C25-F6 according to EN 13813.

Area of application:

N 440 is used as a composite screed, as a screed on a separating layer (nominal screed thickness at least 25 mm), as a self-leveling leveling layer in layer thicknesses of 10 to 40 mm on subfloors and ideally on calcium sulfate substrates (including heated screeds) indoors. For producing smooth, seamless floor surfaces, leveling out uneven floors and deviations from dimensional tolerances in accordance with DIN EN 18202 before laying ceramic tiles and slabs, marble and natural stone coverings, elastic coverings, carpets, parquet and laminate. For full-surface filling under parquet, the layer thickness must be at least 3 mm. As a leveling agent on properly sanded mastic asphalt surfaces of quality classes IC10 and IC15. The requirements of DIN 18365 apply to floor covering work.
