Productdescription
100% solvent-free cold asphalt. Biophalt® hardens completely, can be built over while hot and is based on special bitumen with renewable raw materials and selected mineral aggregates.

Areas of application:
  • Permanent repair of frost heaves
  • Permanent repair of damaged areas in open-pored asphalt pavements (PA)
  • Permanent closure of core holes
  • If necessary. Alignment of the height of road components, e.g. shafts to the road surface
  • Permanent repair of breaks in asphalt and concrete surfaces
Properties:
  • Very high stability and compressive strength
  • Corresponds to a hot mix when hardened
  • Extremely fast hardening
  • Can be built over while hot and can be recycled
  • 100% solvent-free
  • Can be used at temperatures below 0°C
  • Immediate release to traffic after compaction
  • LGA test report (compressive strength, flow value and rutting test)
