The fischer insulation dowel FID-R is a dowel for attaching rainwater pipes without a thermal bridge in external thermal insulation composite systems (ETICS) with an insulation thickness of 100 mm or more. The threaded spiral cuts into the insulation board with a form-fitting fit when installed with a cordless screwdriver. The white cover rosette included in the scope of delivery protects against moisture.

By setting the dowel exclusively in the insulation, attachments can be installed without thermal bridges. The dowel offers an energy-optimized fastening.
The hard centering tip drills itself through the ETICS plaster. The pre-drilling step is saved.
The TX drive allows installation with commercially available tools and enables quick and economical installation.
