RYGOL floor insulation boards from the BASIC series are used for thermal insulation under screeds. With a surface pressure load of 100 kPa and a low installation height, they are the standard for efficient thermal insulation in new buildings, renovations and refurbishments. Installation instructions:

The panels are butted tightly and laid in a composite structure. Cross joints should be avoided. For floating screeds, a PE edge strip should be attached to the contact surfaces with the wall.Before applying screeds, a suitable film should be placed on the thermal insulation panels to prevent screed material from penetrating the insulation layer.
