Elastomer bitumen welded sheet with integrated root protection,
FireSmart® equipment, VARIO grooves, safety seam and cross joint without the need for sprinkling.

Top layer of a multi-layered root-resistant seal for new construction and renovation of green roofs in application categories K1 and K2. The evenly mixed root protection additive is neither harmful to plants nor to the environment. It cannot escape from the elastomer bitumen mass or be washed out. It only closes (keratinizes) ingrowing root tips and thus reliably prevents roots from growing through.

Property class E1 according to DIN 18531.
Application type DO according to DIN 20000-201.

GRÜNPLAST® TOP is suitable as a membrane for the repair of bitumen sealing in accordance with FDRL and DIN 18531.

According to ministerial decree, the roof sealing system is resistant to flying sparks and radiant heat thanks to the greening with the ICOFLOR® greening system.
