The Starlock AIZ 32 BSPB plunge saw blade has a long service life when working with hardwood. The bimetal connection of a blade made of HCS steel (high carbon steel) and teeth made of HSS steel (high speed steel) is wear and heat resistant. The three-dimensional Japanese arrangement of the sharply ground teeth on the blade edge is ideal for hardwood. This tooth arrangement minimizes heat development when sawing, prevents overheating and increases service life. The rounded blade tip (Curved-Tec) prevents tooth breakage and thus increases durability. This product is used for plunge sawing in laminated panels or hardwood, sawing recesses in furniture components and flush cutting wooden components. This product is used with all Starlock, Starlock Plus and Starlock Max power tools as well as all common multi-function tools. The Starlock mounting system enables quick blade changes without blade contact in three seconds. The mounting system enables maximum power transmission between the machine and the accessory thanks to its three-dimensional tight fit.
