BLANK TILE END RAIL

BLANK TILE EDGING RAIL. The tile plastic profile is designed to solve corner and edge problems when working with tiles that have unglazed edges and where tile edges are exposed to low mechanical loads. The tile plastic profile is made of solid-coloured hard plastic, making it resistant to scratches.

Processing

Mortar laying: Press the perforated leg onto the prepared mortar bed where the tiling is to be bordered. If necessary, the fixing leg can also be ploughed over. The height of the end leg should correspond to the tile thickness. Leave the usual joint gap between the tile and the tile edge and fill the joint with grout.

Thin-bed installation: Also called adhesive method. The adhesive must be carefully applied to the prepared substrate with a notched trowel. Then press the BLANKE TILES SEALING TILES with the perforated fixing leg into the adhesive. The rail is then levelled with the adhesive that has been pressed out. Now glue the tile flush with the end leg at the normal joint spacing and fill the joint with joint mortar.
