BLANK TILE END RAIL

BLANK TILING END RILES made of ALUMINIUM. It is useful wherever tile edges are subject to heavy mechanical stress, where clean edge or corner finishes are not guaranteed or for decorative reasons. To achieve optimum results when tiling rooms, it is simply necessary to use BLANKE TILING SEALING RAILS.

Application

Mortar laying: Press the perforated leg onto the prepared mortar bed where the tiling is to be bordered. If necessary, the fixing leg can also be ploughed over. The height of the end leg should correspond to the tile thickness. Leave the usual joint gap between the tile and the tile edge and fill the joint with grout.

Thin-bed installation: Also called adhesive method. The adhesive must be carefully applied to the prepared substrate with a notched trowel. Then press the BLANKE TILES SEALING TILES with the perforated fixing leg into the adhesive. The rail is then levelled with the adhesive that has been pressed out. Now glue the tile flush with the end leg at the normal joint spacing and fill the joint with joint mortar.
