The Grid sec separating layer is used to separate metal coverings and substructures. As a separating layer for rear-ventilated and non-ventilated constructions of all metal coverings using standing seam technology, Grid sec is suitable for use on pitched roofs and façades in conjunction with a suitable pre-covering membrane, such as Permo®forte
Grid sec is the elastic, approx. 8 mm thick knitted fabric without the rainproof sealing film of Permo®SK. It perfectly fulfils the separating function of Permo sec®SK in conjunction with additional sealing membranes, if already applied on site.
